Josh & Lucas Novak

Josh Novak

Josh joined Novak Group in 2009 as Vice President of Construction Management Services. He is responsible for forming strategic partnerships in order to pursue niche contracting opportunities. Prior to joining Novak Group, Josh was a Construction/Project Manager with AG/CM, Inc. of San Antonio. In this position he was responsible for the  management and construction of a $200 million bond program. He was also personally responsible for construction management services on two elementary schools and a new agricultural complex. Josh also worked with Kiewit Offshore Services in Ingleside, Texas, serving as both a Project Manager and Project Engineer. He was involved with numerous multimillion dollar projects and was responsible for construction schedules, budgets, material procurement, subcontract coordination and more.

Josh received a Bachelor of Administration degree from Baylor University. He received a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.

Lucas Novak

Lucas joined Novak Group in 2010 as Vice President of Energy Solutions. Prior to joining Novak Group, Lucas worked with Schneider Electric, a large energy efficiency and performance contracting firm. It was there he received extensive training in project management of energy efficient retrofits for school districts, municipalities and universities. Prior to joining Schneider, Lucas worked with TAC.

Lucas received his Bachelor of Administration from Baylor University.

Besides her parents Sharron and Eddy, who still reside in Uvalde and own and operate a farming and produce shipping corporation, she has an older brother, J Allen, who has three children with his wife Brooke.  In addition to her career in the San Antonio sports community, Jenny serves as a corporate officer of Carnes Farms, Inc. and Winter Garden Produce, Inc. 

 

Carnes remains rooted to the basketball community through her work with San Antonio Sports, as a former volunteer for the Coalition of Women’s Basketball, hosting a youth clinic in her hometown, supporting the San Antonio Stars and playing in leagues at the Jewish Community Center and S.A. Parks & Recreation.  She began working at San Antonio Sports in September of 1999 as an intern.
