Jeremy Jessop

Jeremy Jessop was born in 1984 in San Antonio, TX. Jeremy was an early business opportunist through childhood and teenage years.

During High School Jeremy excelled in the classroom and in sports. As captain of the varsity football and soccer teams at Reagan High School Jeremy led his team to individual and group honors including a state championship his senior year in Soccer. After Graduation Jeremy attended Rhodes College. His choice to go to a diverse school away from home with people from all around the world began to pay off as he met some very key mentors to his entrepreneurial aspirations. After his Sophomore year, Jeremy decided to put his dreams into action and moved back to San Antonio to begin investing in Real Estate. One year late RIO Properties was born.

Founded by Jeremy Jessop in 2005, RIO properties grew from a few rental homes into several hundred units under its portfolio. Jeremy and his partners continue to invest in income properties while managing third party assets as well. RIO Properties has recently merged with Specia Services, LLC, a 101 year old plumbing and electrical contracting company and currently manages over ten million dollars in assets, including single family, multi-family, commercial office, self storage, mortgage notes, mobile homes and communities. Jeremy and his partners are long term players and look for value added investments that provide excellent return on investment.
