Robert C. Cadena Jr. co-founded Retirement Solutions in 2001 and serves as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. He is a Registered Representative of INVEST Financial Corporation. Before his work with Retirement Solutions, Robert was a registered investment representative at MassMutual Financial Group where he worked for nearly 10 years. There, he managed over $100 million of assets and served as President of MassMutual's San Antonio Agents Association in 2006.

During his involvement with MassMutual, Robert attained the company's Top of the Council Qualification, or National Top 100 Agents, from 2004 to 2007. He also was recognized as being the youngest member of Mass Mutual's Chairman's Club in 2005, along with MassMutual's Company Premium Leader in the same year. From 2005 to 2008, Robert made the list of MMLISI Top 100 Registered Reps.

In his ongoing role as CEO of Retirement Solutions, Robert continues to put his leadership and vision to work for Retirement Solutions. He is a strong advocate for open and competitive business practices and is dedicated to providing his clients and prospective clients financial planning that is comprehensive and reliable.
