Edward Dewees

Edward DeWees III brings more than 10 years of mortgage experience to the table and has been with SWBC, a mortgage and financial services company headquartered in San Antonio, since 2001. As a Senior Loan Officer, he works with all types of loan programs and all kinds of buyers, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors.

As a member of Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and Greater San Antonio Builders Association, Edward remains active and visible in the mortgage industry, and he takes pride in the excellent client relationships he’s built over the years. Edward is an active member of First Presbyterian Church and devotes much of his time to Boysville and Respite Care, serving on the Board of Directors for both. He’s also part of the Advisory Board at the University of the Incarnate Word. Most recently, he was named as the 2005 Time Warner Hometown Hero. In his free time, Edward volunteers as an Alamo Heights Little League coach and enjoys playing golf and tennis.
